Located on the outskirts of the town and thus removed from the noise and bustle that plays out during the summer months.

The house has an existing rental licence and that made the, then potential buyer, to pull the trigger and buy this beautiful house. With the licence in mind, we fitted all rooms with bathrooms. Microcement on all the floors and continue it to the outside on terrace.
