The bought a derelict finca in the mountains of Alaró in 2001 and started the rebuilding of this project after Corona.

Fortunately for the owner, this one bought this project while we were still in the process of developing it and was able to shape his own wishes.

It is cold in the winter months in the mountains of Alaró and in addition to underfloor heating, several fireplaces were on the wish list.

As the kitchen plays a central role in many households, and therefore also in this family's, it was important to make this a warm place in the house. The wood we used was 60 years old, which immediately gave it the atmosphere it needed.
